EchoDek's pricing is simple and straightforward.

Everything we do is custom-built to your requirements – but we offer two different types of system.

Our Express service starts at £250 to configure, then £100 per month thereafter for five users. Additional users are £10/month each. This gets you a mobile app that works offline and lets you view quotes, jobs and invoices on your phone, take customer signatures, store photos and plan appointments on a map.

Our Fully Custom service starts at £500 to plan out the Detailed Specification, then £10 per point per month. We use a system known as "Modular Delivery" to plan out the project and the Detailed Specification lets you know how many "points" the system will be to build. So you know exactly what you will pay and what you will get.

During our design process we write "stories" that describe what your app needs to do. Overall, the stories make up your entire system, but we usually find that you don't need every story straight away. As each story is individually costed so you can choose which one to go with first and you only pay for what you use.

But your business doesn't stand still. The software that's such a perfect fit today needs to adapt to tomorrow.

So, included in your monthly fees are changes to those existing stories.

And as your business grows, we can write and add new stories to make sure the app stays a perfect fit with your business.
